Registration by bank transfer

Participants who wish to register by bank transfer are kindly asked to complete the registration form below. The form includes the bank account details required to make the payment. Once the transfer has been arranged through your bank, please send the completed form to us.

Authors (one registration covers up to two papers)

note: author registration must be finalized by May 31st

  • Author (non-IEEE): 800 euros (VAT included), includes one ticket for the banquet.
  • Author (IEEE): 750 euros (VAT included), includes one ticket for the banquet.

Full registration for non-authors

Note: Registering after May 31st incurs a late registration fee

  • Full (non-IEEE, early birds): 800 euros (VAT included), includes one ticket for the banquet.
  • Full (non-IEEE, late): 900 euros (VAT included), includes one ticket for the banquet.
  • Full (IEEE, early birds): 750 euros (VAT included), includes one ticket for the banquet.
  • Full (IEEE, late): 850 euros (VAT included), includes one ticket for the banquet.

Student registration for non-authors

Note 1: registering after May 31st incurs a late registration fee

Note 2: student registrations allow students to present a poster

  • Student (non-IEEE, early birds): 300 euros (VAT included), does not include the banquet.
  • Student (non-IEEE, late): 350 euros (VAT included), does not include the banquet.
  • Student (IEEE, early birds): 250 euros (VAT included), does not include the banquet.
  • Student (IEEE, late): 300 euros (VAT included), does not include the banquet.

Complimentary registration for keynotes and invited guests

Complimentary: 0 euros (with code provided by the organizers)
